Returns and Exchanges
In order to return or exchange an item, we ask that you contact us within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused. Unless your product arrives damaged, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
All custom orders are non-refundable non-exchangeable.
To insure that your item is received we suggest adding tracking and insurance to your return package. Once your return is received we will inspect it and notify you. If applicable, your refund will be sent to your original method of payment. Processing time will depend on your method of payment and your bank's policies. Keep in mind, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
